How to change Google Play country
You'll need to set up a new country in Google Play to change your country. According to Google, you need to be in that country and have a method of payment from the new country. Follow these steps below to change your country of Google Play.

These are some steps that will allow you to change your country of Google Play.
Step 1: First of all, on your Android phone or tablet, you must open the Google Play Store.
Step 2: Tap Menu here, then Account, then Country and Profiles option.
Step 3: Click the country where you want an account to be added.
Step 4: Now, to add a payment method to that region, you must follow the onscreen instructions.
Step 5: The first method of payment must be the country for which you add a profile. You can add payment methods from other countries once you create the profile.
Step 6: It creates a new profile associated with the new country for Google Payments. The Google Play Store must move to the new country automatically. The transition will take up to 24 hours.
Remember:
You can only update your Google Play country once a year, and you won't be able to change it back for 1 year if you change your country.
