On January 14, precisely ten years after the introduction of Windows 7, Microsoft will stop providing technical support.
The message to customers of Microsoft says computers running Windows 7 are not going to stop working, but technical support and software upgrades are going to stop permanently.Users will not receive regular security updates for the operating system in addition to software updates and support.
Microsoft strongly recommends that you upgrade to Windows 10 sometime before January 2020 in order to avoid a situation where there is a need for service or assistance.
