Samsung revealed a new app for its TVs in a preview for its 2020 TV line-up here at CES: Privacy Choices.
The introduction of smart TVs has enhanced their ability to monitor and track the behaviors when viewing them, and according to the exec of Samsung, this software will provide an easy-to-reach place for owners to see what data is being collected and opt-out as they see fit.
The app was not available on the demonstration TVs, but now that your workouts are being tracked by the TVs, some extra visibility about privacy settings seems appropriate.
